As a certified facilitator and experienced consultant, I will work with you in advance to develop the business focus topic, the location, the participants, and the program, and I will guide you through the business retreat.

How do we conduct a business retreat?
We will clarify your needs and goals in an initial consultation.
I then create a customized concept that outlines the timeframe, location, and process. We determine the date and the group of participants.
If necessary, I bring in other experienced trainers, facilitators and experts from my network.
In the follow-up you will receive documentation of the results.
I am available to support you in achieving your goals and ensure sustainable implementation.

The objective determines the scope, the available time window and the location.
From experience, two to three intensive days of togetherness are a good idea. Depending on the scope and budget, we can choose a location in Germany or anywhere in Europe.
One criterion is the same at all locations: At every location, we combine concentrated, shared exchange with activities in a natural environment to get the most out of the business retreat for your objectives.
This combination and intensity of being together for several days allows for a broad perspective and allows the community to grow.
